1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NoteLounge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to use NoteLounge for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, to harass others, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create in NoteLounge. We claim no intellectual property rights over your notes, voice memos, or other materials. The NoteLounge name, logo, and software are our property and may not be used without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

NoteLounge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.
